Return & Refund Policy

·       Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.

·       Products must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.

·       Damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded after verification.

·       Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

·       Certain items, such as innerwear, personal care products, or customized products, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or customization reasons.
